Our cleaning service prices are based on a per-square-foot rate
for all initial cleans (please call for current pricing).
Recleans are an additional fee. Quantity discounts do apply.
We do "move-in ready" cleaning which means ready for
listing, model staging, renting, walk-thru's, or moving into.

Unfortunately, with the constant change in construction and rental schedules, we regret that we cannot accomodate private owners
on a weekly or monthly basis.
