Final Inspection, based in Kirkland WA, has been cleaning with
ECO-FRIENDLY products since 1994;
residential, commercial, new construction, remodels,
TI's, move-in/move-outs, evictions.
Our cleaning service prices are based on a per-square-foot rate
for all initial cleans. Recleans are hourly. Please call or email for current rates and/or job Proposals.
We also offer affordable flat rate weekly and bi-monthly model/spec/vacancy cleaning so that your properties are in
top shape for the weekends.
As always, quantity discounts do apply.
We do "move-in ready" cleaning which means ready for
listing, staging, renting, walk-thru's, or moving into.
We do not include windows.

Unfortunately, with the constant change in construction and rental schedules, we regret that we cannot accomodate private owners
on a continual scheduled basis. However, we can suggest other cleaners that may be able to accomodate your weekly cleans.
Our current range is within a 50 mile radius of our Kirkland base, however we are willing to make exceptions whenever possible.
